The primary purpose of the organization is to protect and promote the economic interests and development of the Midland Valley Area. In addition thereto, the organization will strive:

A. To promote the economic well being of the business, industrial, and professional community of the Midland Valley area;

B. To advance the general welfare of the people of the Midland Valley Area;

C. To promote and preserve the history of the Midland Valley area;

D. To improve the quality of life for all citizens of the Midland Valley area;

E. To formulate and execute group activities which are aimed at meeting the goals and fulfilling the purposes of the organization as stated herein;

F. To encourage owners and occupants of property in the Midland Valley area to improve and adequately maintain their premises, both interior and exterior.

G. To set up and administer appropriate committees deemed necessary to carry on the activities of the organization.
